Pink PomBells Bring Cheer to the Susan G. Komen Walk for Pink

  • 1 min read

The Susan G. Komen Walk for Pink was filled with energy, compassion, and hope as thousands gathered to raise awareness for breast cancer and celebrate survivors. It was a day that reminded everyone of the strength found in community and the power of showing up for a cause that touches so many lives.

Among the sea of pink shirts, ribbons, and signs, our pink Save the Tatas PomBells became an instant favorite. Walkers shook them proudly as they made their way along the course, volunteers rang them to cheer participants on, and families waved them in support of loved ones. The sound of cheering and the shimmer of pink pom-poms created a joyful atmosphere from start to finish.

It was especially meaningful to see breast cancer survivors ringing their PomBells as they crossed the finish line, surrounded by friends and family. Those moments captured what the day was truly about — strength, unity, and the shared hope for a world without breast cancer.

And yes, the excitement even caught the attention of ABC Local News, which featured the event and the cheering crowd — pink PomBells and all. The footage captured the heart of the morning: joy, resilience, and the collective spirit of support.

We’re grateful to have witnessed such an inspiring event and to have played a small part in helping people celebrate together. The Susan G. Komen Walk for Pink continues to be a powerful reminder that when communities come together, awareness grows louder, and hope rings brighter.

Louder. Prouder. Together.
